Missing teeth? Don’t worry! It’s time for you to enjoy a beautiful smile again!
We know that your teeth and smile play a major role in your appearance. Missing some or all of your teeth not only affects your looks but also hampers your ability to speak and eat. At the office of Dean Israel and Associates, we offer a variety of restorative treatments for missing teeth.
Traditional dentures are prostheses comprised of replacement teeth attached to a gum-colored base. They can be used to replace a few missing teeth or a full arch of missing teeth. We carefully create your custom-made dentures using impressions of your mouth. The result is a natural-looking, high-quality prosthetic that is built to be comfortable and effective.
Dentures come in the partial and full variety (depending upon whether some or all your teeth need to be replaced).
Denture Stabilization and Fixed Dentures
Fixed dentures are supported by mini-implants. These surgically placed implants act like roots for your replacement teeth, giving you a more stable, fixed structure that is just like natural teeth. The process is also known as denture stabilization. Fixed dentures provide great fixation and support to help you smile, chew and speak naturally. They also prevent deterioration and shrinkage of the jawbone caused by tooth loss, helping you maintain your facial shape. These are a great option for people who have lost most or all their teeth and are looking for a permanent and affordable replacement.
These are detachable dentures that combine the advantages of fixed dentures and traditional dentures. Hybrid dentures are placed using four or more implants in the jawbone. They are attached to abutments that screw on to a framework made of metal. The dentures are attached to the implants using screws, and they don’t need to be removed every day.
At Dean Israel and Associates, we strive to give you well-fitted, well-functioning and comfortable dentures. To learn more about how dentures can improve your oral functions by replacing your missing teeth, please call our office at (561) 368-0770.
